CURRENT SERMON SERIES
Through much of Lent we will be reading from the Gospel of Luke. In Chapter 9, Luke describes Jesus as “setting his face towards Jerusalem.” From that point moving forward, Jesus is on a mission to get to the city of Jerusalem and ultimately to the cross. In these Sundays of Lent, we are journeying with Jesus to the cross. Through that journey, we see Jesus moving through areas of extreme challenge. These are areas of temptation, persecution, suffering, confusion, and death. The cross, by its power, made a way through all of these.
